Working with Teachers

What should I do if I need to talk to the teacher?
If you would like to talk with your child's teacher it is best to send an email requesting a phone call or a parent conference. If your child's teacher uses the Remind App, please be aware that they cannot text you back during the academic day. Your child's teacher is available for face-to-face conferences with a prearranged appointment. Parent-Teacher communication is very important to us.

What should I do if I don’t agree with a class policy or have a concern about something?
It is recommended that you get in touch with the teacher and present your concerns openly and honestly. If something that is going on in the classroom is being perceived negatively by you or your child, that is something every teacher wants to know. Teachers appreciate the opportunity to hear from you directly, and most of the time problems can be worked out and an understanding can be reached.
