Welcome

Welcome to the Deer Park Early Childhood Center's Library! We are excited to have your child here with us to learn and grow! Our library is a fun, vocal, action-packed environment where students interact with meaningful, repetitive quality children's literature. We will also participate in creating and building through engaging hands-on learning with the incorporation of technology in our language lab! Research shows that families who read daily to their children are more likely to have high achieving students. We encourage families to read daily to their children to promote language and vocabulary building, as well as, pre-reading and reading skills essential to school success. 

Each child is allowed to check out (1) book every week and participate in creating and exploring in our language lab. We look forward to exploring learning through literacy and language development in the library this year!
