A Bit about Barlow!

My name is Mona Barlow and I would like to welcome you and your child to the ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) Speech and Language class. This is my 24th  year teaching, all in early childhood special education. I attended UHCL for my bachelors degree, and HBU for my masters degree, but I am a big fan of A&M. I am married, have a son and daughter in law. We also have been blessed with two grand daughters, who are the light of our life.
I look forward to a great school year, with lots of learning and fun!
