Welcome to the Wonderful World of ECSE!

In our class, we will grow ands develop by working together and respecting each other, our friends will find many adventures along the way! During this time, they will also develop into independent and skilled young munchkins who have discovered the value of their talents and the riches of learning.

HELPFUL CLASSROOM INFORMATION

1. School begins promptly at 7:40 AM.A child must go to the office and receive a tardy slip after this time.
2. For the safety of your child, he/she must go home every day in the usual way UNLESS we have a NOTE from you. For an unexpected change, please send a note or notify the office and we will receive the message.
3. Absences - Please send an excuse note with your child when they return. Please include teacher’s name, student’s name and absence date.
4. Communication Notebook and folders – These will be sent home every day. The purpose of these items is to ensure good communication between school and home. Please check these for important notes, work to keep at home, etc. and have your child return this notebook EVERY DAY.
5. Discipline – We use a star Chart system in our classroom. We all start on GOOD and then can move up for positive behaviors. Every child starts off the same every day. Each day, your student will get 1, 2, 3, or 4 stickers depending on where on the chart they get to. Every one’s goal should be to make it to the top: Super Star!
